Social Need and Health Equity Summit

Join the Foundation for Health Care Quality on June 14th, 2023, for a virtual summit dedicated to taking action on social need and health equity. We will present our upcoming recommendations for social need and health equity and learn from organizations around Washington that are putting best practices into action. We will highlight actions related to social need screening and interventions, sociodemographic data collection, and initiatives to advance equity. We will also talk about strategies to align healthcare and community organizations from local public health and state agencies
