Swedish, First Hill has an opening for a full time Patient Safety Officer. The Patient Safety Officer is responsible for being a member of Swedish organizational response to quality variances and having or developing skills to evaluate variance reports, perform root cause analysis and Healthcare Failure Mode Effect Analysis and investigations for serious safety events in support of the patient safety program. Participate and lead quality and safety meetings throughout the organization. Review and analyze safety trends and help guide strategic planning and prioritization for quality and safety related initiatives.
